Commissions payable shall be paid monthly in arrears within 10 days of the end of the month in which the WE have verified the commissions income. If commissions are less than $100 in any month, commissions shall be sent at the end of the first month when commissions due total $100 or more. The above commission shall be the sole compensation that the AFFILIATE is entitled to receive under this Agreement. All orders are subject to acceptance by the COMPANY.
