We are the first company to require DNA batch tests for each species of caviar. This analysis of the sturgeon roe enables us to ensure the origin and quality of caviar to our customers. We guarantee that our caviar is a healthy, prestigious and high-quality product.
We are also the largest importer into the United States of French Foie Gras from the two major producers of the finest Foie Gras in the Perigord area (France) - Rougie and Bizac. We stock all of the Goose liver and Duck liver products they manufacture.
